Cathy brings to her coaching a unique
blend of power, compassion, and immense love of people. She
delights in supporting others in being wildly successful. Her clients
are creating extraordinary lives and achieving extraordinary results
in launching new careers and businesses, increasing their wealth,
improving health and well-being, becoming a published author, creating
supportive environments, reducing stress and improving effectiveness
in the workplace, speaking fluent Spanish and generating healthy
family relationships.
In the world of work and careers, Cathy has 20 years of
experience as an information technology manager for the State of Washington
and more recently with the Frank Russell Company of Tacoma. Managers,
clients, customers and staff are drawn to Cathy as an extraordinary leader
and as an agent for positive change. In 2001, Cathy received the
Russell Leadership Award.
Cathy lives in Olympia, Washington on 5 acres with her
horses, Sundance and Mozart, and her cats, William and Dora. Cathy is
and an avid equestrian. Her latest project is her 2-year-old, Warmblood
gelding, Mozart. Cathy delivered Mozart into the world, and is now training
him as a national dressage prospect. To nourish her spirit Cathy is a
practitioner of Anusara Yoga and ancient Sanskrit mantra.
Cathy is a certified professional coach, an affiliate
of and trainer for Accomplishment Coaching of San Diego, a member of
both the International Coach Federation and the International Association
of Coaches. She is an alumna of The Evergreen State College and co-owner
of Burg Rivers Life and Business Coaching, Burg Rivers LLC.
